We have just completed replacing all the fascias, soffits and guttering on this large detached house in Guildford.
In keeping with the original character of the house, we fitted white ogee fascia boards with a flat soffit. A second ogee fascia board was fitted and coving was used to give a period style finish. All of the fascias and soffits including trims are UPVC.
For the gutter system, seamless ogee guttering was installed by our specialist seamless guttering team. All our seamless guttering is custom made on site and has a polycoated finish ensuring the colour doesn’t pit or fade.
