Replace Edwardian conservatory roof with composite slate tiles and Velux roof windows with roller shutters

Job Description:

We’ve just replaced the roof on this Edwardian conservatory with an Equinox tiled roof system.

The existing conservatory was firstly surveyed by our professional surveyor to accurately measure and check the suitability of the existing structure and foundations. All Equinox roof systems are bespoke and made to order.

Once we had taken delivery of the Equinox roof, we began work by completely removing the existing glass roof, carefully dismantling the roof bars and ring beam.

With the roof completely removed, we began installing the Equinox lightweight roof system. We installed three Velux roof windows with roller shutters then tiled the roof with Slate composite tiles in Chestnut. Finally our electrician wired in the new LED downlights and the ceiling was plastered and ready for decorating.

We then fitted new Rosewood fascia with brown Ogee style guttering.
