Our fitters have just completed a full roofline installation on this detached house in Walton On Thames. They installed white UPVC fascias and soffits with black round guttering.
This project included complete removal of all the old fascias, soffits and guttering and replacing it with UPVC. White shiplap cladding was fitted to the apex on all gables.
Traditional scaffolding was erected to both sides of the property to gain access to replace the bargeboards and soffits as well as UPVC shiplap cladding on the gable ends.
Along with the installation, the fitters installed over fascia ventilation strips to the top edge of the fascia board, eaves protection boards (sometimes called felt tray) to help channel rain water into the guttering, bird guards to prevent large insects and birds from gaining access into the roof space via the profile of the roof tiles and gutter guard to help prevent blockages due to debris entering the system.
Once the installation was complete, a final cleanup of the work area was done and all old roofline material and rubbish was removed for disposal.
