We have just completed work on this semi-detached house in Camberely. This project included the complete removal of all the old roofline materials and the installation of new UPVC Fascias and Soffits with anthracite round PVC guttering.
Also on this installation, we installed over fascia ventilation strips to the top edge of the fascia board which does away with the need for soffit vents, eaves protection boards to help channel the rain water into the guttering. Gutter guards were also installed to help prevent build of leaves and debris
Once the installation was complete, a final cleanup of the work area was done and all old roofline materials removed for disposal.
